About Me

I’m Scott

Hello, I am final year BSc Conservation Biology student at the University of Lincoln, England, with a passion for just learning about what’s out there in the natural world. Be that from what’s in our back gardens to the depths of the Amazon. I enjoy reading both past and present research exploring our complex world and discovering the behaviours and interactions and reside within it.

From being a small child I always had a fascination with the natural world and looked at David Attenborough as a second father. Watching him engage the public with aspects of our world which some may never see or even thought about, inspired me to pursue a similar life ambition. My aim in life is to work in the wildlife media and publication industry, to write and edit about species worldwide. I hope to start that career path with this blog. Nature’s Narrative aims to bridge the gap between our complex lives and interactions with the vast amount of species that inhabit this immense planet. You might be surprised in the unique, yet similar interactions that exists in the wild. Hopefully you will enjoy reading my future posts as they illustrate the complexity of plants and animals from around the globe.
